What to expect after registering?

Approved members will receive a welcome email from their assigned liaison, welcoming them to the club and requesting a brief phone meeting to explain in detail how to navigate our program from the start.


If the same item that matches all customized quoted features, including shipping, is found from another source, we will match the cost. Know for certain that you are receiving the best possible price.

All orders are provided with complimentary shipping to any receiver of your choice in the lower 48 states. Need it sent directly to your client? Request a Residential White Glove quote from your liaison available through all our offerings.

What are your shipping options?

Provide your liaison via email with the brand name, item number, and any custom specifications, and you will receive a Quote as a PDF attachment in return. Similar to providing your client with a proposal, your requested Quote will have your cost, the MSRP, lead time, and all custom specifications.

All represented brand offerings are available to browse on their individual websites, where the most up-to-date offerings and imagery are available. No login or portal access is required to view the full offerings. Direct links to respective brand websites are found by clicking the brand logo on each SEURE brand page.

How do I browse product offerings?

When you are ready to purchase, inform your liaison of the Quote number, and they will send you a purchasing email with a QuickBooks payment link and a second link to digitally sign the Quote. Once both links are completed, you will receive a payment receipt.

How do I purchase the Quote I received?

Only NON-CUSTOMIZED orders are available for return or cancellation. Orders with custom features or specifications are final sales and cannot be returned or canceled. All funds attached to returns, cancellations, or claims are provided as House Credits.

Can I cancel my order?


If your order is received in less than stellar condition, we are here to make it right. Everything you need to know, including detailed step-by-step directions on submitting a claim, can be found HERE.

What if my order arrives damaged?

No, the estimated lead time provided on each Quote is the time the factory estimates to complete the order and prepare it for shipment. The actual lead time may be a few weeks before or after the provided estimate.  Please keep this in mind when scheduling installation dates.

Is the estimated lead time a guarantee??

There is no rush option for either bespoke or stock orders. It is simply not offered by any of our represented brands. The materials needed to construct bespoke orders are sourced from around the globe and may be subject to unforeseen delays. Please keep this in mind when scheduling installation dates.
