Simple policies to know.

Members confirm that all personal information, including sales tax identification, is accurate and valid before purchase and agree to pay all Sales / Use Taxes per state.

Neither we nor the purchased brand is responsible for, and bears no liability for, lead-time delays, discontinued items, shipping damage, and the like.

The practice of “Showrooming,” i.e., visiting brick-and-mortar retail stores to research merchandise and utilize resources before purchasing from a different source, is not allowed. On reports of showrooming, member designers will first be warned in writing; upon the second report, the member designer will be dismissed from this program.

SUERE member pricing is provided solely to SUERE members and shall not be available or issued to anyone outside this program.

Independent from SUERE, all Residential White Glove delivery, In-Home Delivery, or Commercial Delivery services are non-refundable.

Funds attached to return, cancellation, or claim are provided as house credits and can be used toward any represented brand or Residential White Glove delivery costs, and never expire.

Cancellation Policy

Only NON-CUSTOMIZED orders are available for return or cancellation. Orders with custom features or specifications are final sales and cannot be returned or canceled.

Funds attached to returns, cancellations, or claims are provided as House Credits and can be used toward all represented brands or toward Residential White Glove delivery costs, and they never expire.
